Processing Time

  • All orders ship from our warehouse in San Diego, CA within 5 business days. 

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Once your order has left our warehouse, it should arrive within 2-5 days to U.S. addresses, depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

  • International order transit times can range anywhere from 1-6 weeks.
  • I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Shipping Address

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Customs and Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

  • I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
    • Contact me with 3 days of delivery
    • Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
    • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
    • Cancellation is not possible once the item has shipped
  • Conditions of return
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
    • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged and Replacement 


If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send a replacement. Please reach out to us at Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
