Processing Time
- The time needed to fill an order is 1-3 days.
Estimated Shipping Times
- All shipping is sent through USPS, shipping times depend on USPS operating at full capacity.
- North America: 3-10 days
- I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
- Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations.
Shipping Address
- Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.
Customs and Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
- I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Contact me with 3 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
- Cancellation is not possible once the item has shipped
- Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
